Special Nia Week

Once a year Helen offers a 7 day coaching course for upper level Nia teachers. A retreat opportunity for Brown and Black belt Nia teachers from around the world to come together to learn, improve on their mastery of teaching and enjoy the collaboration of fellow Nia belts.

Helen teaches a public class every day at 10am.

The “team” teaches at 5:00pm most days.
