We love how Soma ranch provides a safe and vibrant space for participants to retreat, learn, dance, connect and yes! eat wholesome, healthy great food.

Welcome Nia Blue Belts:

  • Teresa is new to Soma Ranch, enjoying a much needed vacation as well as attending the course.

  • Kris is returning to Soma Ranch and may be moving back to Montgomery soon.

  • Gigi has popped over from College Station to revisit the Nia Belt (she took in May).

  • Kelly Marie has returned for the “i’ve lost count” time to go deeper again into her practice.

  • Peggy will be back for part of the week to connect and learn again.

We have public classes during the Nia training week and would love for you to join us and get to meet these wonderful participants
