We’re looking for a reliable ranch hand / property manager to live on our property at Soma Ranch.

This is a great opportunity for someone with an RV, or tiny home, who wants a peaceful place to live in exchange for part-time help.

What We Need Help With:

  • Feeding animals

  • Mowing / grass cutting

  • Pool maintenance

  • Fence repair & basic handyman tasks

  • General property upkeep

Time Expectation:

10–15 hours per week (flexible, varies by season)

Ideal Person:

  • Dependable and self-motivated

  • Comfortable working outdoors

  • Handy / problem-solver

  • Has their own RV or Tiny Home

  • Non Smoker (no exceptions)

  • This is a live-on-site role, not a traditional job. We’re looking for someone who will take ownership of the property and treat it with care.

  • We’re not looking for someone to “clock hours,” but someone who naturally takes ownership and enjoys caring for a place. This role is best suited for someone who sees land stewardship as a way of life, not just a trade for rent.
