Seventeen years ago, on September 9, 2009, Joe and Helen Terry “birthed” Soma Ranch. What began as a dream and a place to gather, move, rest, and reconnect has grown into a community filled with friendships, memories, transformation, and countless moments of joy.

This September, we’re celebrating 17 years of Soma Ranch and we’d love for you to be part of it.

This year’s Soma Birthday celebration is designed to give you choices. Whether you can join us for a single class, meal, day or want to immerse yourself in the full Soma experience, there’s a retreat option for you:

Each day will offer the opportunity to move, restore, connect, and simply enjoy being at Soma Ranch.

Helen will teach a 10:00 a.m. movement class every day, creating a beautiful rhythm for our time together. We’ll also gather for sound healing, along with plenty of unscheduled time to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the Ranch at your own pace.

One of the gifts of Soma Ranch is the opportunity to care for your whole self. This celebration will give you plenty of time to enjoy the amenities.

On Wednesday, September 9, we’ll officially celebrate Soma’s birthday with “Soma Fiesta” including Joe’s famous Tex-Mex Fiesta meal. Come and celebrate, ready to reminisce, laugh, and make some new memories.
