Here’s a copy of the hand out for your enjoyment

Here’s what was sent out with regards the talk:

About the program: Sensory IQ – Living The Body’s Way

Helen is a multi-talented and experienced manifestor, with a formula on how to consciously create. She makes things happen through experience, knowledge, determination and faith. She says that in order to manifest an ultimate experience, you must see it with your mind first. Helen will talk about Sensory IQ, Nia Technique and Body Ecology. She’ll touch on how to truly live in your body, be present, and make things happen. You will be taken on a tapestry adventure, a somatic journey, woven with stories, theory, and experiences, into an exploration of the Body, Mind, Emotions and Spirit. Along the way Helen will share nuggets on how she has become healthy, wealthy and loved beyond imagination. Expect to learn something, receive inspiration and be highly entertained.

Helen Terry, M. Ed., R.S.A, is the co-owner of NiaMoves, a popular boutique fitness studio in Houston Heights, “Ranchess” of Soma Ranch, a Retreat Center in Montgomery Texas, and World Renowned Nia Educator. She was recently recognized by Origins Magazine as a “Leader who inspires Texas.”

Helen has a special and very effective way of catering to the unique needs of each individual. She helps folks feel great while giving them the skills they need. Helen is an entertaining, “to the point” speaker, also a wife and mother who loves spending family time with her daughter and “home support” husband.

“I’m passionate about moving people physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I bring people together and inspire them, at my Studio, the Ranch and around the world. That turns me on.”
