We have had a 40ft shipping container at Soma Ranch (tucked behind the horse barn) for more than 10 years. The big box was purchased and installed primarily for storage. We have kept back up furniture, event tables and chairs and miscenlaneous items. As we begin a massive “sort out season” at Soma we are hoping to clear the shipping container with the new dream of transforming it into a dwelling that can be used as an additional AirBNB rental or perhaps and additional dwelling for a resident “Ranch hand/manager”.
