8:45am 5 Stages Lesson: Feet and Ankles

10:00am Movement class (Central US Time).

Focus: Feet and Ankles

Intent: to root our energy and stimulate movement and growth from underneath and behind.

Routine: “Stand Up” - music by Tina Arena, originally used for Nia Routine Chains.
