Teaching this week was a very special moment. with both my mum and sister at Soma Ranch, dancing in class. This was the first time my sister had ever experienced a movement class with me.

Then at lunch i received a fortune cookie “you will soon receive the recognition you deserve”. I realized sharing class with my sister, hearing her say “Helen it was so lovely to take your class, experience your energy and most of all sense how happy you are doing what you love…“ was the most perfect recognition.
