We (Joe and Helen) are heading back to our Hiker’s Cabin near Seattle Washington to complete some necessary chores, balanced with some joyful hikes, jumps in the lake and our first time to explore the PNW coast. We love being able to enjoy time with our family and explore the Olympic National Forest area (it was VERY COOL!) .
This week brings a major step toward a long-held dream. I’ve officially been choreographing to music since 1987 (probably started around age 4, lol). With help from my friend Dr. Deb Kern, I now am developing the first moves for my first song. Take a look and tell me what you think.

A Little Soma Ranch Update
Many of you have been asking about Soma Ranch. The ranch is looking absolutely beautiful this summer, and we continue to be in conversation with a potential buyer. While there's no news to share just yet, we promise you'll be among the first to know if anything changes. This week, in anticipation of selling the ranch as “turn key”, complete from teaspoons to tractors, Helen finished a full inventory of Soma Ranch. Thanks to spreadsheets, the AI camera on Amazon, and more coffee than usual, the task proved more enjoyable and surprisingly satisfying. Now our CPR is running the numbers before we write up an official contract with our attorney. Yes, this is beginning to feel like the next level of real. As always, we're deeply grateful for your prayers, encouragement, and continued support during this season of transition. If anyone loves flying drones and capturing aerial footage, please let us know, we’d really appreciate some recent clips to show how fabulous the ranch is looking.
