Helen & Joe are back from a fabulous time at our Soma Hiker’s Retreat Cabin in the foothills of the Olympic National Park. (more amazing photos to follow). For now we wanted to remind you about the upcoming fabulous classes and next Hero Journey Month (August, The Jester).
Natasha is teaching tomorrow, Saturday morning classes online. Helen will lead Monday 10am class, live at Soma (and online via zoom) with a most requested experience “Look Up”. This moving experience, to the music of Lauren Daigle, was one of the strong influences that encouraged Helen to create the Soma Faith Movement we have been developing this year.
Regular class rates apply. These classes are included in the 30 day Hero Journey Package.

As we move into August, we enter the refreshing space of The Jester archetype: the part of us that invites laughter, creativity, curiosity, and joy into everyday life. Through movement, meditation, EFT, prayer, and our new monthly SoundScapes, we'll learn how compassion becomes sustainable when it flows from a heart that is continually renewed.
