Helen loves the album "Look Up Child" by Lauren Daigle. “While creating the choreography, I experienced many "clicks": those magical moments when, from the body, the movements fit the music. The moves seem to come from an unknown place; some feel like gifts from God, that rather than coming from habit, reason, or thought, these music movement clicks feel alive, new, and vibrant.”
Dancing freely with music like Lauren Daigle, with the intent to create a movement experience that participants can follow, is a most delicious journey. Lauren Daigle’s lyrics, the soul of the music, the quality, details and structure of each song all contribute to an effortless, most rewarding and enjoyable ride!
