This Monday at 10:00 AM, join Helen for a special Soma Faith movement experience inspired by Lauren Daigle's Look Up album. Through music, movement, reflection, and prayer, we'll journey through songs that explore themes of hope, trust, surrender, courage, compassion, and God's faithful presence.
As we continue exploring the Caregiver Archetype, we'll discover that before we can lovingly care for others, we are first invited to receive God's care ourselves. Each song becomes a doorway into a different aspect of the caregiver's journey; learning to lay down striving, receive grace, and find renewed strength in the One who we believe restores our souls.
Whether you are returning, coming for the first time, or simply needing a place to breathe, belong, and reconnect with God, this class is for you.
