Helen and Joe are enjoying a relaxing “Soma Satellite Retreat” at Hiker’s Cabin by Lake Cushman, nestled in the foothills of Olympic National Forest Park in Washington State.
Helen is teaching ONLINE in the morning at 8:45am central time: 5 Stages with the theme “Rebel Liberator”. This grounded movement meditation experience is in preparation for our special ONLINE guest teacher feature class at 10am with Christina Mae Wolf, the latest Kinvoke experience called “Liberation”
We are enjoying the concluding few sessions of our March journey with the Rebel archetype, enjoy this Little Miss Story (and cartoon) that help provide some entertaining, thought provoking story around our “little Miss Naughty” personalities. Now is an excellent time to consider joining us for next month, April, with the exploration of The Explorer.
