Helen and Joe are back at the Ranch refreshed from our “Soma Satellite Retreat” at Hiker’s Cabin by Lake Cushman, nestled in the foothills of Olympic National Forest Park in Washington State.
Big thank you to Emilee and Henderson who stayed at Soma while we were gone. We are filled with gratitude for the wonderful people we get to know through Soma Ranch.
Helen is teaching a “double scoop” ONLINE Saturday morning with 8:45am: 5 Stages introducing The Explorer Archetype (our focus for the month of April) This grounded movement meditation experience is in preparation for our ONLINE Soma Faith Movement class at 10am where we celebrate with “Rising”
Happy April! Now is an excellent time to consider joining us for the month of April, with the exploration of The Explorer.
Helen will also be teaching “Rising” Live at Soma (and via zoom) on Monday at 10am before our 11am Monthly Community Cuppa.
