Here’s Ildiko, a Nia Graduate, who took the Nia White Belt with Helen 10 years ago in Budapest. After the training Ildiko chose to quit her job at a bank to follow her dreams. Ildiko now lives in the UK and is thriving, She has designed and produced a fabulous range of dance/leisure clothing, is teaching Nia and building a lovely local community.

Congrats Ildi for bringing Nia to St Neots! and all the wonderful joy you share.

People in St Neots are discovering the joy of movement with the new dance style named 'NIA'. Nia stands for neuromuscular integrative action. After a Hungarian woman discovered NIA in her home country, she decided to bring it to St Neots and more specifically, outside to the Riverside Park.
