Helen & Joe on their way to Vegas 1/2 marathon
Howdy!
Thank you for all who attended our Sunday LOVE Jam. A beautiful heart-filled experience with some lovely feedback from regular participants on our 30 day challenge program.
Joe and Helen began a road trip on Wednesday and have now arrived safe and sound in Las Vegas anticipation of Helen running the Rock N Roll 1/2 marathon on Sunday, as a “St jude Hero”, part of our Soma Annual Soma Fundraiser. We’ve raised $4,577.02 so far… super close to our goal to raise $5000. Huge gratitude for all who have donated, together we will cross the finish line.
Meanwhile “back at the ranch” there’s an incredible team of teachers leading all the classes, sharing their wisdom, talent and big hearts. We had a laugh creating a mini share about what’s coming up for March, hope you can join us for the 30 day movement VARIETY challenge
