Incredible Bath Helps Heal Emotional Body

Years ago, I was going through a particularly tough time, with high stress, deep grief and chronic back pain. My healer recommended I take a bath with a cup of apple cider vinegar and 8 - 15 drops of Wintergreen aromatherapy. She shared this was great for helping relieve tension and allows tension in the emotional body to be released. I dipped my toe in the water and immediately felt a response. This remedy has become a staple in my “medicine bag”.

  1. Run a hot bath
  2. Pour in a cup of apple cider vinegar
  3. Add 8 - 15 drops of Wintergreen Aromatherapy
  4. Soak in bath for as long as possible (you may experience a burn sensation in lower spine)
  5. When you get out, wrap in a towel, without drying off, and lay down (maybe take a nap)
