Rising Movement Experience

As a Christian, at Easter time, I feel the strong desire to celebrate the resurrection of Christ. I also want to honor the uniqueness of everyone in class and be accepting of all religions, beliefs and faiths.

Coming into my inclusive public Soma Faith Movement class with "let's all celebrate Jesus!" simply is not going to work.

Feeling the creative tension between my personal faith and professional responsibility, I found myself jumping for Joy when a fabulous solution revealed itself! What if we compile a playlist of songs to do with Rising with a focus around the concept "Rising".

Saturday, April 4th 10am, as we approach Easter, we will celebrate with “Rising” ~ a Soma Faith movement experience. Enjoy this playlist of songs, who all have something in common… Rise! Lift up! Feel Good! Celebrate!

10am Saturday ONLINE via Zoom

10am Monday IN PERSON at Soma Ranch and ONLINE via Zoom

We’re on a heroic journey for 2026. This month we’re moving with the archetype of The Explorer: Would you like to join us?

Each month we spotlight a different hero archetype through dance, movement, exploration, discussion, and education.

All experiences will be online via Zoom with 1-7 day replays.

Beyond continuing to provide our regular somatic (Body Centered) movement experiences that support your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing, this new 12‑month, 365‑day, project aims to

  • deepen our understanding of the personalities within us by exploring them through movement, exploration and education.

  • develop additional resources for self‑awareness and fascination

  • move toward being the best humans we can be (yes! let’s dream and aim big LOL)

The 12 hero archetypes, popularized from Carl Jung's work, are universal character patterns used in storytelling, branding, and psychology, representing core human motivations and experiences, and include the Innocent, Everyman, Hero, Caregiver, Explorer, Rebel, Creator, Lover, Jester, Sage, Magician, and Ruler, each seeking different things like freedom, connection, or mastery.

The 12 Archetypes:

  • The Innocent: Seeks happiness and safety; optimistic, simple.

  • The Everyman: Wants to belong and connect; relatable, down-to-earth.

  • The Rebel: Wants revolution and to break rules; disruptive, transformative.

  • The Explorer: Seeks freedom and new experiences; adventurous, independent.

  • The Hero: Aims to prove worth through courageous action; competent, disciplined.

  • The Lover: Seeks intimacy, connection, and passion; sensual, loyal.

  • The Caregiver: Desires to help and protect others; nurturing, generous.

  • The Jester: Wants to live in the moment and bring joy; fun, playful.

  • The Creator: Aims to build something of enduring value; innovative, artistic.

  • The Sage: Seeks truth and understanding; wise, knowledgeable.

  • The Magician: Wants to make dreams come true; visionary, powerful.

  • The Ruler: Seeks control and order; authoritative, leader.

How They're Used:

These archetypes help authors create relatable characters, build strong brands by aligning with consumer desires, and offer frameworks for personal growth by identifying one's dominant patterns.

In 1996, as a Nia Technique trainer, realizing I needed to do more of my own inner work and be better able to hold space for leading people through embodied movement experiences, I began a master’s in Alternative Dance Therapy at the Jung Center in Houston. That started a 30-year journey of fascinated interest in authentic movement, archetypes, and somatic (body centered) healing.

I’m excited to bring these passions to our 365 and 30 day movement journeys in 2026.
— Helen Terry

Each month you will receive

  • information, prompting questions and a group discussion session around the archetype

  • movement classes with foci that support the “archetype of the month”

  • pop up experiences that enhance our exploration of the “archetype of the month”

  • group discussions and community connection through our private facebook group

As a community we’ll co‑create playlists and immersive experiences such as “Blue Monkey” improv’ classes and FreeDance explorations.

The Liberator: A Soma Faith Class on Embodied Freedom

Reclaiming truth, breaking false agreements, and moving toward liberation through the body

There are seasons in life when something inside us begins to rise.

  • A holy resistance.

  • A quiet knowing.

  • A deep ache for freedom.

Not rebellion for the sake of disruption, instead the kind of sacred rebellion that refuses to stay bound by fear, shame, silence, or inherited patterns that no longer serve the soul.

The Liberator is a Soma Faith embodied movement class rooted in the archetype of The Rebel; the one who breaks false agreements and returns to truth.

This class is an invitation into liberation through the body.

Explore how freedom is not only something we believe spiritually, it is also something we learn to feel, practice, and embody.

So often, the body carries what the soul is ready to release: old survival patterns, self-abandonment, suppression, spiritual disconnection, inherited fear, and the subtle ways we’ve learned to make peace with what is not truly peace.

In this class, we gently explore what it means to come back into relationship with the body as a place of truth, wisdom, and holy freedom.

Through the 5 Soma Stages of development (Embryonic, Creeping, Crawling, Standing, and Walking) we move through a journey of awakening, discernment, courage, reclamation, and embodied action.

Each stage offers a different doorway into liberation:

  • Embryonic invites us to listen inward and notice what truth is trying to emerge.

  • Creeping helps us sense boundaries, resistance, and the longing to move toward what is life-giving.

  • Crawling teaches us how to keep moving through resistance with grounded determination.

  • Standing becomes a practice of reclaiming presence, dignity, and inner authority.

  • Walking integrates freedom into motion, helping us embody truth in the way we move through the world.

This is not a performance-based movement class.
It is a somatic and spiritual practice.

A space to breathe.
A space to listen.
A space to release.
A space to remember.

The Liberator is for anyone who is ready to loosen the grip of old stories, reconnect with their God-given inner knowing, and explore what it means to live with more honesty, courage, and embodied freedom.

You do not need to have it all figured out.
You do not need to force a breakthrough.
You only need a willingness to listen to what your body may already be ready to say.

This class offers space to ask:

  • Where have I been staying bound?

  • What am I ready to release?

  • What truth is asking to be lived through me now?

At its heart, The Liberator is a return:
to truth,
to presence,
to sacred courage,
and to the freedom that begins when the body no longer agrees with what the soul knows is false.

We would love to move with you.

When you sign up you automatically receive the Zoom link for class. You will also receive the 24 HR replay.

7 DAILY MANTRAS: THE REBEL LIBERATOR

These can be spoken in mirror work, breath prayer, journaling, walking meditation, journal prompts, class foci or morning embodiment practice.

  1. I break agreement with every lie that asks me to stay small.

  2. My body is allowed to tell the truth.

  3. Liberation lives in my breath, my boundaries, and my becoming.

  4. I do not confuse familiarity with freedom.

  5. I release what no longer belongs to my body, spirit, or story.

  6. Holy courage is rising in me.

  7. I walk in truth, and truth makes space for freedom.

Christina Mae Wolf is a somatic movement guide, facilitator, and co-founder of KINVOKE, devoted to embodied transformation. Blending realness with reverence, she creates spaces where people can reconnect with the wisdom of the body and reclaim their voice, power, and presence.

With advanced training in yoga, somatic movement, and expressive dance, Christina leads classes, retreats, and mentorship experiences that invite authentic expression, emotional release, and soulful connection.

About KINVOKE co-founders

We are three women who answered the call to rise, expand, move, and lead on our own terms.

The result is KINVOKE—a calling, a container, a collective for those ready to lead with fire and integrity.

KINVOKE is a sanctuary, a retreat, a training ground where movement is sacred, leadership is embodied,

and teaching is an act of devotion.

KINVOKE is a space for movers and teachers who are done performing someone else’s story. This is for those who crave a new standard — one that honors the body, the voice, the soul, and the fire within. We believe teaching should feel like a homecoming, not a performance. We believe the classroom can be a temple, a playground, and a revolution — all at once.

We dance because it brings us home. We play because it wakes up our power. We teach because it is our

calling.

Here, we:

  • Reclaim the art of embodied teaching

  • Laugh, cry, shake, shout, sweat — together

  • Create brave space, not perfect space

  • Move from center, not conditioning

  • Lead from within

We invoke joy. We invoke presence. We invoke purpose.

We are KINVOKE — and this is how we rise.

Archetype Story Time with Little Miss Naughty

Each month this year we are focusing on a different Hero Archetype. As we dive deeper into these varied personalities and their distinctive traits, we aim to discover fresh insights about ourselves, the people around us, and the ways our relationships grow and evolve over time. One helpful way to gain a new perspective is through storytelling, and we’re enjoying playful connections with Mr. Men, and Little Miss, children stories to further enrich that exploration. Yes, these are cute little children’s books however the moral of the story and the messages provided can be touching and meaningful. We are receiving some fabulous feedback about them. Take a look at these and let us know what you think.

Helen, being from England, assumed EVERYBODY grew up with these books, like she did. Turns out most participants from the USA have never heard about them. How cool as adults to be introduced to these treasures.

Joe at the Soma Gate loading our new Hot Tub cover

Howdy!

Helen and Joe are enjoying Soma (and Texas weather) at its best. We have had an exciting week with our new hot tub cover arriving and 4 fishes made their debut after being put in the pond 2 years ago!

Natasha is teaching both the 8:45am 5 Stages and 10am Movement class in the morning (Saturday). She is providing a fabulous “Double Scoop” with the 5 stages lesson Psoas and Sound, followed by her version of the Nia Experience Vibe.

We are enjoying our March journey with the Rebel archetype, and in addition to our before-and-after class conversations about this concept, we go on a more in-depth “deep dive” during our monthly community connection session. Helen’s niece Nina also provides fabulous Mr. Men stories that highlight the personality traits of our monthly archetype.

We are thrilled to feature special guest teacher Christina Mae Wolf at the end of this month. And, if you have been wanting to experience a somatic movement weekend retreat at Soma Ranch, save the dates: June 12 - 14, 2026. More information to follow, hopefully by next Friday.

New Hot Tub Cover

We laugh at how excited and genuinely delighted we get about “Things at Soma.” This week brought the welcome arrival of our brand-new hot tub cover. After taking careful measurements, we ordered a custom cover online. POOF! Five days later it arrived and fits perfectly. With the pavilion now constructed over the deck, including the hot tub area, we feel confident the cover will protect the tub, look fabulous and serve guests well for many years to come. This is very much in line with one of our core missions ever since we bought Soma Ranch in 2009: to acquire things that endure, demand minimal maintenance, and are as environmentally friendly as possible. Now we need to figure out what we could do with the old cover. if you have any creative ideas, practical suggestions, or specific needs, please let us know.

We love our fishes

This is where our fish live, not caught on film yet. TBC

Almost two years ago Joe and I picked up five Grass Eating Carp. There’s a whole long process of applying for a fisheries license and providing lots of detailed information about the pond (dimensions, depth, vegetation, geolocation, and so on). This week, for the first time, we spotted four of them. And wow, have they grown; they look close to three feet long, which seems incredible given they were no more than six inches when we first brought them home. Needless to say, we are very excited and now go down every day to spot and count them. Here’s a more information about these remarkably helpful fish.

Grass carp (specifically sterile triploid grass carp) are used as a biological control agent to manage and eradicate invasive or overabundant aquatic vegetation in ponds, lakes, and canals. They act as a natural, cost-effective alternative to chemical herbicides, grazing on submerged weeds like hydrilla, coontail, and pondweed.

Key Purposes and Benefits:

  • Aquatic Weed Control: Grass carp are highly effective at controlling submerged weeds, preventing them from choking waterways.

  • Chemical Alternative: They provide a natural solution for clearing waterways, reducing the need for chemical herbicide treatments.

  • Cost-Effective Management: Stocking these fish is generally cheaper than repeated chemical applications, providing long-term vegetation management.

  • Targeted Consumption: They consume a wide variety of nuisance plants, including pondweeds, hydrilla, and bladderwort.

Virginia Department of Wildlife Resources (DWR) (.gov) +6

Important Considerations:

  • Sterility: Only triploid (sterile) grass carp are typically allowed, as they cannot reproduce and spread out of control.

  • Overstocking Risk: High numbers can completely eliminate all vegetation, which can harm fishing ponds by removing habitats for other fish.

  • Permitting: Regulations vary by location, and a permit is often required to possess and stock these fish.

Sparkling Pool + perfect temperature = time to dive in

Howdy!

Helen and Joe are enjoying Soma (and Texas weather) at its best. We’ve cleared fences, begun the weekly routine of mowing, the pool is a perfect temperature for lap swimming (especially after warming up in the sauna!), and now is the ideal time for us to refill and chill the fabulous Soma cold plunge.

Helen is teaching both the 8:45am 5 Stages and 10am Soma Faith Movement class in the morning (Saturday). Our focus is THE REBEL. The 10am movement experience is MEDUSA.

We are enjoying our March Journey with the Rebel Archetype, especially enjoying how as a community we connect/chat before and after class about this concept and also go on a more “Deep Dive” during our monthly community connection session.

We are thrilled to feature special guest teacher Christina Mae Wolf at the end of this month. And, if you have been wanting to experience a somatic movement weekend retreat at Soma Ranch, save the dates: June 12 - 14, 2026. More information to follow, hopefully by next Friday.

Meet Your Inner Rebel

This Saturday, 3/14/2026 Helen Terry provides 60 minute 5 Soma Stages experience with the focus “The Rebel”

The Rebel: Wants revolution and to break rules; disruptive, transformative.

“I am the Rebel.
I say no to what diminishes life”

Core longing: Justice, truth, holy disruption

Embodied expression: Sharp exhalations, boundary-setting shapes, bold movements

Shadow: Anger without direction; tearing down without rebuilding

Soma Faith reframing: Embodying righteous disruption that leads to renewal, not destruction.

This Somatic Class experience is in line with our March Soma Hero Journey: Honoring the rebel in every human.

An Embodied Movement Meditation experience Through 5 Somatic stages of Development

5 Somatic Stages of Development:
Embryonic • Creeping • Crawling • Crouching • Walking

Archetypal Essence:
Justice • Truth • Disruption • Bold

Meet Your Inner REBEL:

Every part of you has a role. One of the most misunderstood and often misinterpreted is the Rebel. This is your ally for breaking ingrained habits and disrupting systems that no longer serve you well in body and life. The Rebel isn’t “bad”; rather, the Rebel is an essential part of each of us, playing an important, irreplaceable role that no other inner voice, or outward action, can fulfill.

May the parts of you that learned to survive
be honored for their courage.

May the parts of you that learned to resist
be guided by wisdom and love.

May you know when to stand alone —
and when to let yourself be held.

May your rebellion free you, not isolate you.
May your belonging be deep, chosen, and real.

You are not too much.
You are not alone.
You are welcome here.

Amen. So be it.
— Closing Blessing: The Rebel Returns Home

Opening Orientation

This Soma Stages practice, in relationship with the Rebel Archetype, honors the part of us that wants to help heal broken systems and patterns, for the greater good of self, others and the planet.

The Rebel is not here to create harm to self or others.

At every stage, you are free to pause, rest, or choose another option.

Action begins with choice.

Come as you are.
Move at your own pace.
Let clarity arise from within.
We’d love to move with you.

Class is held online via Zoom. When you sign up for the class you will receive the meeting link.

If you can’t find the automated response with the link, feel free to text 832-567-4550 for assistance.

All classes include a replay; if you can’t join us live and/or would like to revisit the material, the replay will be available.

This coming week we invite you to playfully bring your rebel into your awareness both in classes and life.

7 Daily Affirmations for the Rebel

  1. I honor my voice and speak my truth with courage and care.

  2. I release what no longer serves my growth or well-being.

  3. I am empowered to question, challenge, and choose differently.

  4. I embrace change as a doorway to freedom and transformation.

  5. I trust my instincts to guide me toward authenticity.

  6. I am not defined by conformity; I am defined by integrity.

  7. Every act of courage, no matter how small, moves me closer to my true self.

Medusa Soma Faith Movement

Saturday’s class has a theme of "strong back, soft front, wild heart". (Inspired by the fabulous book by Brene Brown "Braving the Wilderness"). In the 8:45am Soma 5 stages class we explore The Rebel: Wants revolution and to break rules; by paying attention to our disruptive and transformative personality within.

We will particularly explore the sensations of expression of strong willed and wild heart through the skin, bones and soft connective tissue of our body. This Soma 5 Stages class is most often is described as a luxurious healing hour of setting the focus for the 10am Soma Faith movement experience that follows.

The 10am class will be “Medusa”, an experience Helen Terry has created over a couple of decades. The class has a theme of "strong back, soft front, wild heart". (Inspired the fabulous book by Brene Brown "Braving the Wilderness").

When you sign up for a class you are automatically sent the Zoom link for class.

The link is the same each week.

You are welcome to attend either class.

And, when you’re able to attend both classes, something magic happens! The entire Soma 5 stages class is like a rich 60 minute introduction to the 10am Soma Faith movement class, a beautiful compliment and super preparation.

In this gentle, self discovering, potentially healing Soma 5 stages experience

  • your body gets to settle into and taste the class focus

  • your mind can learn new and novel information,

  • your heart may open to receive more with fascination up and frustration down

  • your spirit could be tickled and curious to experience more

Helen, Joe, the team and all the fond 4 legged friends at Soma.

Thank you for your support we raised $5000 for St Jude

Huge thank you to our 48 generous donors, who, together, helped raise $5,000 for St. Jude. We are deeply grateful for the incredible generosity and steadfast support from people near and far. Your kindness is a powerful reminder that we cross the finish line together: united, determined, and hopeful. THANK YOU.

Together, we are contributing to something truly meaningful: bringing comfort and care to children battling cancer and supporting the vital research that will one day end this disease.

Here’s a great taste of the race, the people, the energy, the fun and more….

Hope you enjoy this gallery of photos. Where we can recapitulate on the many community events, like monthly cuppas, that have contributed to our annual campaign, raising $5000 for St Jude every year.

Worse Time yet Best Perspective Experience

Hi! I am back from running the 1/2 marathon in Vegas, here's a little update.

This year’s race came with a humbling reality: I showed up more de-conditioned and underprepared than ever before for this annual half marathon commitment.

My real challenge wasn’t only the miles. It was shifting my mindset.

  • To remember this is less about me and far more about the cause.

  • To lower my expectations and embrace a little humble pie (especially as runner after runner passed me by)

  • To reconnect with the joy of the experience; letting go of speed, performance, and personal bests, and instead being fully present to the moment… and to the reason I am committed to return each year.

What remains most is gratitude. Deep gratitude for the incredible generosity and support from people near and far. A powerful reminder that we cross the finish line together. THANK YOU.

And together, we are contributing to something truly meaningful: helping children with cancer and supporting the research that will one day end this disease.

Love, Helen

Today we cross the finish line together

I (Helen Terry) am back in Vegas, running the 1/2 marathon (13.1 miles) for St Jude today, Sunday, February 25th. Thank you everyone who has made a donation. As a St Jude Hero, I pledge to raise/donate $5000 each year. There's still time to join us and donate. The run begins at 5:00pm today Sunday, Vegas time, that is 7:00pm US Central Time.

We'll cross the finish line together. I’ll have your names written on my arms and legs!

I love the idea of y’all running with me,
together we cross the finish line.
On Race Day I’m writing the names of donors on my body;

$52 and above on my legs
$100 and above on my arms
— Helen Terry, St Jude Hero

I choose to run for St. Jude Children's Hospital, for children with cancer, and their families.

We love St. Jude for many amazing reasons, including:

  1. Financial Support

Families NEVER receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food - why? all a family should worry about is helping their child live.

2. Excellent Research

Treatments invented at St. Jude have helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20% to more than 80% since it opened more than 50 years ago.

3. Resilient Tenacity

St. Jude won't stop until no child dies from cancer.

4. Share discoveries

St. Jude freely shares the discoveries it makes, and every child saved at St. Jude means doctors and scientists worldwide can use that knowledge to save thousands more children.

We love supporting an organization who is committed to research and ensuring families with children with cancer don't have the added financial stress of bills while their little loved ones navigate treatment.

Personal Story

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is an organization very close to my heart. Growing up I had a friend die from leukemia. When I moved to Houston a dear friend, called Liliana (who I named my daughter after) was at MD Anderson for an experimental research project in the hope she'd win her battle with cancer. The program gave Liliana 2 years of joy, including our fast and furiously fun friendship. Unfortunately she then declined suddenly and died from cancer.

Annual Commitment

This is a run and a pledge we have committed to annually. As I run I think of all my dear friends who have died from Cancer. I want to do my part to help KILL CANCER. The race is through the streets of Vegas. it's the one night they close down the traffic. We run down the strip with amazing lights, fabulous cheers from the crowd and live bands playing all along the course!

This year the names of each person who donates, $52 and above on my legs and $100 and above on my arms.

We Cross the Finish Line Together

I love sensing how y'all are running with me, together we cross the finish line. You can even track me as I run if you like! Click HERE to Track me. We've been raising funds every month at our 1st Cuppa Events, at our Soma Faith classes and special events throughout the year. Thank you Deb Kern for your part in the Soma Faith Sunday project, where you generously taught classes and allowed 100% to be donated to the cause.

I could never put into words what St. Jude means to our family,” Katie says. “They saved my baby boy not once, but twice. The care, dedication and love that are in the hospital are phenomenal. St. Jude will forever hold a special place in my heart.
— Katie Bruce, mother of Ryan

Half Marathon Mental Plan + Playlist

Help us make the finish line:

I need all the help I can get this year, today is the day, I run “our” annual St. Jude 1/2 marathon. I am the least prepared ever, 10 lbs heavier, and 1 year older.

To help reduce stress I have lowered my expectations:

  • don’t keep up the pace, instead aim to finish without injury;

  • shift from “run all the way” to run slow and walk when necessary;

  • let go of the desire to achieve a great time and instead focus on enjoying the experience.

  • The goal is FINISH.

With this being the 6th year I have run this race, my life-long goal continues: to complete this 1/2 marathon, and raise a minimum of $5000 for St. Jude every year, until I can’t walk, when I hope to someone push me and continue raise funds for St. Jude.

Past experiences have been

  1. get too excited and start out too fast

  2. start to feel my right knee tweak around mile 6

  3. suddenly around mile 7 my gut starts to turn

  4. miles 8, 9, 10, 11 uphill, dark, begin to question why I do this

As well as adjusting expectations check out these mile by mile foci. The summary for each mile will be written on my arms and I have created a playlist that accompanies the journey.

Would you like to track me and play along? On the playlist there are HOPEFULLY more songs for each mile than needed. To keep track of what I am listening to, each time you track I’ve covered another mile, skip to the next mile songs. (Playlist below notes)

Theme: “I do not run alone”

Smooth, steady, strong, SAFE…

Mile 1: Surrender

Prayer:
“God, set my pace. Steady my heart. I give this run to You.”

  • Release pressure

  • Release outcome

  • Receive presence

Donor focus: “Their belief moves my feet.”
I picture everyone who supported me standing at the start line, with hands on my shoulders:

“I’m not racing yet. I’m arriving”

Mile 2: Run with gratitude

Breath prayer: Inhale: Thank you
Exhale: for this body

I find my rhythm and feel the gift of movement. Tall chest, soft arms. This is where nerves fade.

Donor reflection: Each breath is a thank-you letter written with my lungs.

Mile 3: I’m being carried

This is where adrenaline settles. I check “am I breathing easily?” “can I smile”

Prayer: “Strength beyond my own lives in me.”

  • Imagine: prayers spoken for me

  • Imagine: encouragement sent to me

  • Imagine: generosity flowing toward me

All of this becomes energy in my stride.

Mile 4: Run in service

Shift from self to purpose:
“Who needs this mile today?”

As I run, I offer the mile for:

  • friends struggling, those who are sick, others grieving, all who believed in me when I doubted myself.

Mile 5: Embodied gratitude

This is living prayer through motion, I notice:

  • heartbeat

  • breath

  • legs working in rhythm

  • I am warm, loose, and in control

Mantra:
“My body is praise in motion.”

As I run, I offer the mile for: friends I miss (who have died), friends I celebrate (who are thriving beyond cancer)

Mile 6: Halfway

Prayer: “When I am weak, be my strength.”

Let effort dissolve into trust.

Donor reflection: I am spending what others gave, wisely and faithfully.

Mile 7: Presence v perform

This is my sacred middle ground. Not dramatic or flashy, I am steady faithfulness.

Spiritual truth:
Consistency is devotion made visible.

Run gently. Run attentively. Run humbly.

Mile 8: Carry their stories

One by one:

  • I see their faces

  • I speak their names

  • I dedicate a few minutes to each

Let love become momentum.

Mile 9: Faith when it’s tough

Prayer:
“Give me endurance of heart, not just body.”

I am not proving strength
I am practicing perseverance

Mile 10: Joy in effort

Look around. Notice life happening. “I am alive enough to do something difficult and meaningful”

Mantra:
“Joy and effort can live together.”

Smile: smiling matters.

Mile 11: I am upheld

When my body tires, I remember:

I am supported by:

  • generosity

  • prayer

  • love

  • purpose

Visualization:
I am running inside a current of grace moving forward with me. “I am not pushing alone, I am being carried forward.” I see and feel held by every donor that is part of this race.

Mile 12: Sacred perseverance

This mile is the holy ground.

Every step says:

  • thank you

  • I remember

  • I honor

  • I continue

Prayer:
“Let my finishing be faithful.” This is for EveryBody….

Mile 13: Witness goodness

“Soak this in” Look around. Take it in.

I am about to complete something meaningful.

  • I showed up

  • I stayed steady

  • I honored what was given

  • I ran with love

“Gratitude fills my chest, my heart, my soul”

FINAL reach 0.2 miles “Dedication”:

“This is for all of us.”

I cross the finish line surrounded by:

  • every donor

  • every prayer

  • every encouragement

  • every person I carried in my heart

I do not finish alone.

We finish together.

FINISH LINE BLESSING

Hand on heart

“Thank you for the strength given, the love carried, and the purpose fulfilled.”

I stand still for a moment. I receive the felt sense completion (and celebration relief)

and then I CRY! :-)

Please help us cross the finish line with a donation of ANY amount, even $5 is SUPER appreciated.
