Helen is SLOWLY beginning a transition to semi-retiring. One of the first steps being to celebrate the end of offering Nia trainings at Soma Ranch. These upcoming trainings will be the last Helen offers at the ranch:

She will still enjoy traveling, offering trainings elsewhere, supporting fellow trainers.
This year, in addition to these final Nia trainings at Soma Ranch, Helen is traveling to
England: White Belt in March (co-training with Geri)
Budapest: Brown Belt in May, (hosted by Kinga)
Pleasantville, OR: White Belt in October (co-training with Kellie)
Budapest for Blue Belt: November (hosted by Kinga).
